Skybloom Privacy Policy
This policy covers the test versions of Skybloom shared through Apple TestFlight and Google Play testing. These versions have no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts, and no analytics services. Before we add any of these, we will publish an updated policy here and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
1. Who the app is for
Skybloom is a merge-puzzle game for a general audience. It is not directed to children. When you first open it, it asks you to choose an age group: under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older. Only the group you choose is kept, on your device. We do not ask for your date of birth or exact age.
2. Information the app handles
2.1 Stored only on your device
Your progress and settings (scores, gold, items, skins, collection, language, sound, tutorial status), the age group you chose, and a random guest identifier. This stays on your device. We do not receive it.
2.2 The app does not send data on its own
The test version does not send information to us or to any other company while you play. Its fonts and graphics are included in the app, so it does not load anything from other servers.
2.3 Optional play log (13 and older)
If you are 13 or older, the app may ask whether you want to join a play test. Nothing is recorded before you say yes. If you agree, the app records on your device:
- your taps and moves in the game, time on each screen, scores and items;
- your device situation: platform, operating-system type and major version, app type and version, screen size, language, time zone, memory class, number of processor cores, orientation, and whether reduced motion is on;
- performance summaries (frame times, load time, error counts);
- your answers to short surveys, including any text you type (up to 500 characters). Please do not write names, contact details or other personal information.
The record uses random identifiers. It does not include your name, email, phone number, phone model, advertising identifier, or location. Nothing is sent automatically. The record leaves your device only if you create a file in Settings → Send Play Log and share it with us yourself.
2.4 Joining the test
To join a test, you give us the email address you use with Apple or Google, and Apple or Google shares it with us as a tester. Through TestFlight, Apple also gives us crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send, together with your device model and operating-system version. Apple and Google handle this under their own privacy policies.
2.5 What we do not collect
Contacts, photos, location, payment details, and advertising identifiers. Google and Apple sign-in are not available in the test version.
3. Why we use information
| Purpose | Information |
|---|---|
| Run the game and keep your progress | Data stored on your device (2.1) |
| Run the test and fix problems | Tester email, crash reports and feedback (2.4) |
| Improve the game, only if you agree | Play-log files you send us (2.3) |
| Answer your messages | Your message and email address |
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who receives information
Apple (TestFlight) and Google (Google Play testing) distribute the test app and process the information described in 2.4. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
| Information | Kept |
|---|---|
| Progress, settings, age group | On your device until you delete the app or its data |
| Play log on your device | Until you delete it or delete the app |
| Play-log files you send us | 30 days after we receive them, then deleted |
| Tester email address | Until the test ends or you leave it |
| Messages you send us | 12 months |
6. Your choices and rights
- Stop the play log: Settings → Send Play Log → Delete and withdraw removes the records and your agreement from the device.
- Delete your data: deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To delete play-log files you sent us, or to be removed from the test, email privacy@dreamhum.com. We act within 30 days.
- Access and correction: you may ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, as your local law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
If you choose "under 13", the app does not record a play log or show surveys, and it does not ask for contact details. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email privacy@dreamhum.com and we will delete it.
8. Security and transfers
Play-log files you send us are kept in access-restricted storage and deleted on schedule. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach creates a real risk of serious harm, we will tell the people affected and the authorities as the law requires. We are based in the Republic of Korea; Apple and Google may process tester information in other countries.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above. Ads, purchases or accounts will not be added until an updated policy is published here.
